It seems as though it has been just a few years since I held my first son in my arms—certainly not nine years!
Yet, hasn’t he been with me forever? I hardly remember our family without him.
I just love this picture of him getting a drink {all by himself} when he was thirsty--

that post got me misty. so so precious. I love the pic when he's getting a drink...I have one of Carter getting a drink too but he's sticking his head in the gutter. :)
