my valentine went to three different see’s candy stores on monday to find me some milk bordeauxs.
sold out.
he filled a box with milk butterchews (big caramel square—no nuts). I think he felt bad that it was second best.
no need to feel that way. he didn’t know I happened to pick up a box of bordeauxs the week before.
furthermore, i can’t choose which one i like better. it can change day to day, sometimes moment to moment.
today it was the caramel.

you and mom...boardeaux are not my favorite...i like butterchews almost the very best...
I'm becoming a Bordeaux convert. I bought an entire box for Stephen and then snuck a few for myself.
