Cute story. But, what I really can't get passed is that you have GREEN GRASS.
We tried taking the kids to the park today for our own " as good as it gets" moment and lasted about 5 minutes due to temperatures in the 40's and wind that wouldn't stop.
Do you have room for a family of four down there??!
