Spinning My Wheels

Three times a week!

Several friends have encouraged me to try the spin class at our gym.  I was oh-so-hesitant because I am wimpy in the workout department.  But I finally gave it a try.

I do not love it, nor would I dare say I like it, mainly because of this...

Ouch, my underneath feels sore just looking at that!

But I know it is good for me, so this becomes one of those mind over heart matters.

oh I am not a fan of this class. I like the kickboxing one though, and muscle contioning. Good luck.

I heard you can burn a zillion calories in these things.

I am still trying to figure out how to get to the gym more than twice a week. Once Claire reaches 3 months old, I will be there daily. Maybe I'll try that spinning class - we can be virtual work out buddies. ;)

I used to do these classes when I had a gym near by and I just have to tell you that the rump feels better after awhile. I don't know how it changes, it just does! So, there is hope....keep going!

good for you! You need to go buy those pants that have like a jelly padding in the bum! They are my life savers for spin class...even though I'm a little embarrassed to wear them.

OK, cudos to all you who do the spin class. Just the name of the class & I get chills up & down my spine! You are all super heroes to me!!!
